Because our work is 100% custom and created specifically for each client, we follow the policy below:

1. General Policy

We do not offer refunds for completed custom songs, lyrics, or video content once production has begun. Each creation is tailored to your request and cannot be resold or repurposed.

2. Full Refund Available Only If:

We have not yet started production (writing, recording, or editing)
We are unable to complete the order due to internal issues
You cancel within 24 hours of ordering and no work has started

3. Partial Refunds May Apply If:

You request cancellation after production has started but before final delivery
In such cases, we will deduct the cost of completed work and refund the remaining balance

4. No Refunds If:

Final content has been delivered
You changed your mind after delivery
You failed to provide necessary information or delayed the project
You are unsatisfied after receiving a free revision but decline paid revisions

5. How to Request a Refund

6. Chargebacks & Abuse
